- Dear sir, I am using Spartan 3A DSP xilinx FPGA, Device XC3SD1800A-FGG676AgQ1313 and it is configuring using a master serial mode using a XCF08P. But when I am going to download simple programme, I found that in JTAG chain only one device (xc3sd1800a) is present and XCF08P is missing.
- Then it's the hub driver that connects to the actual mount through the physical serial port using the mount specific device driver. It should also be obvious but it bares pointing out that there is no hand shaking or any kind of ability for any app using the hub driver to know about another apps using the same physical connection to the mount.

In the TCP/Com window just select the com port number and the serial communications parameters for your serial device and enter an IP address and a socket number. Then activate! It's that easy! Com port data will appear at the IP address and data from an IP port will appear at a real or virtual com port.
